WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills
- With at least 1 year of experience in Credit Repair’s back-end operations
- Comfortable in doing client calls to deliver excellent after-sales service support
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of CRM is a plus or any equivalent tools is an advantage
- Excellent listening and analytical skills
- At least 25MBPS internet connection and laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM (16GB is desirable)
