As a Human Resource Staff, you will play a crucial role in documenting and creating written procedures for our HR processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate HR reports, addressing virtual assistants' concerns, and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Who are we?
We are RK Exercises For Injuries Corp., and we've been around since 1999. We're always growing our team, and we've had the pleasure of offering sustainable employment opportunities to many virtual assistants over the years. Our main virtual assistant has been with us for over a decade, which really shows how we value long-term relationships. Right now, we have a team of over 90 full-time virtual assistants who are all dedicated to what they do.
We're on the lookout for someone who's independent, resourceful, and able to problem-solve. You'll need to be adaptable and open to new ideas, as well as someone who can work without constant supervision.
This job requires flexibility in terms of working hours, and you'll need to be open to working on rotational shifts. We use a time-tracking tool called Hubstaff to ensure accountability and productivity. This tool lets us monitor your working hours, capture your computer screen during work, measure your productivity, and keep track of the websites you visit while on duty.

Skills and Requirements:
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a focus on grammar
- Familiarity with technology and possesses a reliable PC, stable internet connection, and noise-canceling headset
- Punctual and dedicated to maintaining a perfect attendance record
- Displays a positive working attitude and maintains professionalism at all times
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information
- Works well in a team and collaborates effectively
- Ensures brand consistency and accuracy in all tasks
- Comfortable using a time-tracking tool
