Client Specialist

Landas Global ( ---------- ) - is seeking a Client Specialist who can provide professional personalised support and assistance to our clients and business partners. Passionate to build relationships, addressing their concerns and needs, and providing knowledge and service recommendations based on our business support functions. Must have good customer relations, customer service & customer management skills to be utilised within the framework of finance and immigration industries. Must have a can-do attitude. Should be adept in using all manner of communication and social media tools. Also to be comfortable conducting follow up actions when necessary plus onboarding/orientation as needed. Should have good English communication skills and eager to learn and provide support both internally and externally.

To qualify, you must:
1. Work full time and must have no engagement with other companies/employer.
2. Have related experience in finance and with customer management skills, BPO setting or remote set up.
3. Have experience in working with Australians/Australian companies is advantageous
3. Be flexible with work schedule between 12am to 2am AEST
4. Work virtually with a dynamic team.
5. Have Sales and Marketing campaign exposure but not required.
6. Be knowledgeable in using MS Office and CRM tools (Hubspot, Messagebird, Toky and etc)
7. Have good communication skills; both written and verbal communication
8. Can start ASAP!

Work Requirements:
1. Wired postpaid internet connection with a speed of atleast 25 MBPS
2. With working PC or Laptop with i5 or AMD5 processor or up
3. With extra screen or can comply to follow
4. With noise cancellation headset for calls
5. Personal and private work space at home
