We're looking for a Technical Writer - RFP Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Writer with expertise in creating comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) responses. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in crafting clear, concise, and compelling content that effectively communicates our company's strengths and capabilities to potential clients.

Responsibilities:
-Develop clear and compelling RFP responses collaboratively.
-Write, edit, and format responses showcasing our company's qualifications.
-Ensure accurate, comprehensive, and on-brand RFP submissions.
-Maintain and update a repository of relevant content.
-Review, proofread, and enhance response quality.
-Collaborate with teams to gather information and insights.
-Contribute to strategy sessions for winning RFP submissions.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Technical Writer, with a focus on RFP responses.
-Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate complex information into clear and concise language.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
-Familiarity/experience with HigherEd is a plus.
