Personal/Executive Assistant Experience Preferred
Job Description:
40 Hours Per Week, Monday - Friday 9am EST - 5pm EST
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Tasks
- Update content calendar according to COO updates
- Schedule social media content Using Buffer according to the content calendar
- Manually post Instagram reels according to COO instructions
- Schedule podcast episodes on Captivate
- Sales CRM Tasks
- Add updates to leads in the Sales CRM according to COO instruction
- Manage LinkedIn requests and messages
- Send LinkedIn messages as a part of the podcast promotion campaign according to COO instruction
- CEO Calendar Management Tasks
- Schedule and maintain calendar
- Organize travel arrangements (transportation, hotels, meals, dog sitter)
- Schedule personal appointments
- CEO
- Draft correspondence
- Keep Robin’s inbox organized and neat
- Other Administrative Tasks
- Send and manage recordings to Rev for transcription
- Organize files in Google Drive
