Are You An SEO Superstar?

Our growing company is based in Phoenix, Arizona and I am looking for an SEO Specialist.

I am looking for an SEO Specialist with the following criteria:

1.) Has their own computer and highspeed Internet connection.
2.) Speaks, Reads, and Writes good English.
3.) Can work from home without distractions.
4.) Can use Skype.
5.) Has a PayPal account.
6.) Is willing to learn new things. Can easily be trained other skills.
7.) Can work full-time (40 hours per week)
HAS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

1.) Understands Local SEO (if not, training will be provided)
2.) Being able create and claim Business Profiles to business directories like insider pages, super pages etc.
3.) Being able to post reviews to local business profiles
Being able to post valuable comments on relevant blogs (no fluff, no spam)
4.) Being able to create valuable content after doing the thorough research on a given topic
5.) Being able to create professional graphics
6.) Being able to design wordpress websites (Thesis theme preferred)
7.) Email vendors to process sales orders
