Need a licensed attorney to assist with civil trial attorney based in USA. Duties include answering discovery, drafting demands & subpoenas, responding to motions, drafting pleadings, legal research, and other legal administrative duties. Must provide writing examples and have at least 3 years as an attorney. Bonus if you have access to westlaw/lexisnexis for caselaw research but you will need access to a legal database. A potion of this job entails finding caselaw for very specific nuances of the law. Attention to detail and to be able to comply deadlines is a must. Flexible on pay and time depending on experience and ability to properly complete tasks. Must have a master command of the English language.
