Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities, building relationships, and contributing to the growth of the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
1. Research and identify potential B2B leads through various channels, specifically Linkedin (sales navigator) and knows to run Lazada and other E-commerce store.
2. Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and engage target businesses.

5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads and provide necessary information for effective follow-up.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead generation activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust lead generation strategies accordingly.
8. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in a related industry.
2. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to identify key decision-makers within target companies.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
4. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
5. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
6. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets and deadlines.
7. Knowledge of digital marketing and online lead generation strategies is a plus.
