$25/kw payout for appointment setters and closers.

$50/kw for full-cycle sales reps (they set and sell their own appointments)

For simplicity, we will use $25/kw for the payout example.

The average rep installs 20 deals per year, and the average system size is 7kw.

Payout Scale (using $25/kW for simplicity):

1 Rep: $3,500 annually (20 installs * 7 kW * $25/kW)
10 Reps: $35,000 annually (10 reps * $3,500)
100 Reps: $350,000 annually (100 reps * $3,500)

We guarantee full payment and outline it in our contract.
