Job Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese language
- Candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree or Contact Centre Relevant Certification
- At least 3 years Contact Centre working experience
- Self-starter and tech savvy
- Strong customer service background, Proactive and works well under pressure
- Able to accommodate shifting as required
- Experience with 1st Level Troubleshooting / Technical Support is an advantage
1. Communication Skills:
- Demonstrate clear and effective oral and written communication in Vietnamese language, maintaining a positive and professional tone in all interactions.
- Use proper grammar, spelling, and language to convey information accurately.
2. Customer Assistance:
- Engage with customers through live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services.
- Offer personalized and efficient support to enhance the customer experience.
3. Problem Resolution:
- Identify and troubleshoot customer problems, finding timely and effective solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or other departments as needed.
4. Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Stay updated on product features, specifications, and updates.
5. Multitasking:
- Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
- Prioritize and organize tasks efficiently to meet customer needs.
6. Documentation:
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including issues raised, solutions provided, and any follow-up actions required.
- Provide feedback to improve knowledge base articles or support processes.
7. Performance Metrics:
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
8. Adaptability:
- Adapt to changes in procedures, products, or policies and effectively communicate these changes to customers.
