JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:
At Cpayne Training, we help people move pain-free and live without limits by identifying the root cause of pain and movement issues—so they can keep up with loved ones, enjoy lasting memories, and build a body that supports them for life. We take a holistic approach to posture, mobility, and strength, blending corrective exercise, biomechanics, and strength training into personalized online coaching programs.

Position Summary:
We’re looking for a highly empathetic and proactive Social Media Appointment Setter to engage with potential clients in our DMs and comments, guide them through our free movement assessment process, and help them take the first step toward resolving their pain. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for people reaching out with movement or pain issues—offering insight, reassurance, and a clear path forward.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of human movement and a natural ability to connect with others. You should be confident discussing common issues like anterior pelvic tilt, low back pain, and hip dysfunction in a way that feels supportive—not salesy.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate and manage DM conversations with leads from Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

Respond to comments and mentions, and guide interested followers toward booking a free movement assessment.

Ask thoughtful questions to better understand someone's pain or movement issue and provide light guidance to help them feel seen and supported.

Identify when a lead is a good fit and hand them off to our assessment process or coach team.

Log outreach and follow-ups, maintain clean records of conversations.

Follow up with interested leads in a warm, timely, and persistent manner.

Collaborate with our team to optimize messaging and DM scripts based on feedback and performance.

You’re a great fit if you:

Understand or have experience with basic anatomy, posture, and biomechanics (especially as it relates to movement dysfunction, pain, and compensations).

Can explain simple biomechanical issues in a non-technical, empowering way.

Are a strong communicator who listens well and writes clearly with warmth and clarity.

Have a naturally supportive, positive, and empathetic presence.

Are self-motivated, organized, and reliable with follow-up.

Love helping people get unstuck and take action toward improving their lives.

Requirements:

1–2 years experience in sales, client outreach, coaching, or customer support (ideally in the health, fitness, or wellness space)

Basic understanding of corrective exercise, functional training, or movement-based coaching (certifications like NASM-CES, FRC, PRI, or similar are a plus but not required)

Comfort using Instagram and Facebook for client interaction

Familiarity with Cpayne Training’s mission, programs, and tone (visit our content to get a feel)
