He/She must have the following skills:

- Creative and Original HAND DRAWN Christian designs - either drawing and font art.
- Knowledgeable about Composition and Color
- Easily generate great new concepts not mediocre or copying others
- Great Team worker, collaborator, and communicator
- Organize and Meet the Deadline
