Workflow Facilitator Guardian (Office and Administration Quality Assurance)

Hello! I’m Carlos. At this ---------- nt our company is growing, so we want to open the team to new beautiful people to grow together personally and professionally.

We are looking for someone motivated to oversee process compliance and facilitate team communication and collaboration.

Therefore, that person should be able to:
• Have good communication skills (specially in written form as we use Telegram and ---------- mainly).
• Have strong confidence: you will have to remind your boss and managers what they forgot or they have to update, reply or organize. Normally you will remind them by Telegram, but sometimes you will need to have a zoom to help them to keep organized.
• Enjoy routine repetitive tasks: you will have to go through Telegram groups to see if people forgot to reply something, due date tasks on ClickUp and other repetitive daily or weekly tasks.

Please note that we are NOT looking for a “police” that punishes those who don't follow the rules. We are looking for someone with patience that reminds as many times as necessary the different procedures and why they are important. We also value if you or any workmate questions those procedures, specially when an alternative is suggested to achieve the goal.

At the beginning we will delegate you tasks with low responsibility, and we will ask you to work less hours. Hopefully sooner than later, you will get more responsibility, more hours of work and higher retribution because you become the leader we need!
