YT Thumbnail Design For Big Agency

We're working with some of the biggest creators in the US, making their thumbnails and getting them a high CTR to get them more views.

I am looking for 1-2 designers that are proficient with Photoshop. You must already have knowledge on how to make thumbnails but you don't need an extensive portfolio because WE WILL teach you.

We have a simple coaching system to get you up to the level we require in a week.

You'll be required to make a minimum of 4 thumbnails per day.
You'll have a very easy Trello system to follow to get your work for the day.

You'll be compensated extra when the thumbnails perform well
