About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Social Media and Engagement Outreach Virtual Assistant to join our team at Elise Buie Family Law Group (EBFLG) on a contract basis. This role is pivotal in expanding our digital footprint and engaging with our community through thoughtful social media strategies and local initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating meaningful connections and promoting our firm’s values and services.
Job Description:
Provide support to the Marketing Department.
Collaborate with the marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives.
Execute marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social media engagement and research.
Promote EBFLG initiatives by showcasing our services, events, and educational content on social media channels.
Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics to continually refine our strategy.
Maintain and manage schedules for marketing initiatives.
Assist in managing the social media content calendar, ensuring a constant flow of relevant and impactful posts.
Work closely with the CMO to ensure social media activities align with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
Perform other administrative tasks as requested.

Monitor comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
Craft thoughtful responses to effectively engage with our audience, using Elise’s “voice”.
Conduct thorough research, using relevant hashtags to identify and engage with potential leads and community conversations.
Stay informed about Seattle’s local programs and initiatives, actively engaging to enhance our local presence and outreach.
Foster an environment conducive to meaningful interactions, building a loyal online community around the EBFLG brand.
Research:
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Implement innovations to keep our social media accounts at the forefront of industry advancements.
Qualifications/Skills:
Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts.
Exceptional English written communication skills and copy-editing abilities.
Ability to create engaging social media interactions.
Familiarity with various social media platforms (e.g.,
Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
Extensive experience with marketing technology and a passion for emerging trends.
Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities.
Willingness to speak up if something is unclear, incorrect, or deadlines/goals are at risk.
Good sense of humor and strong adaptability, with a positive and flexible approach to dynamic work environments.

General Qualifications:
Willingness to work US PST/EST hours for team and community engagement.
Availability for meetings with the senior VA and occasional tea
Responsive and timely communication with tea
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Proactive in understanding and integrating into the team culture at EBFLG, comfortable asking questions and working collaboratively.
Passion for connecting with people and communities.
Comfort with open and honest communication between tea
Home office setup with reliable internet and cell phone reception (including a backup) to perform job duties.
