Video Editor with Sound Effects

I am a social media content creator that is looking for a skilled video editor with a knack for finding/creating awesome sound effects. I need someone that is able to create/find these satisfying sound effects that would flow well with the video. You also have to have a good understanding of viewer retention rates since you will be editing these videos as well and techniques to optimize viewer engagement. (This is very Important) and be fluent in English. These Videos will be around 1 minute long
