Product Manager

The Republic of Palau's Digital Residency Program provides the world's first Web3 ID, which supports the application of Palau ID and ID on-chain. As we continue to innovate and expand our product offerings, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Manager to lead the development and management of our web2 and web3 projects.

**Job responsibilities:**

* Understand and track the latest developments and trends in blockchain technology and the market.
* Define and design the function, structure and User Interface of blockchain products.
* Work with the technical team to ensure that the Technology Implementation of the product is consistent with business and user requests.
* Conduct market research and user testing on Target Users to ensure that the product meets market demand.
* Collaborate with other teams (e.g. marketing, sales, customer support, etc.) to ensure the successful launch and long-term success of the product.

***Job requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree or above, more than 3 years of product work experience, with blockchain-related project experience
* Proven experience as a Product Manager.
* Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Jira, Lark, HotJar, Figma).
* Technical background and previous experience in Python, Django, and React.
* Have a deep understanding of blockchain technology and applications, including DApps, exchanges, and experience in defi is preferred
* Backend development experience
* Fluent spoken English is a plus
