Seo, sales and Wordpress expert

I am currently looking to recruit someone to help run my local business online directory. I am looking for someone who has experience and a good knowledge of Seo and analytics to drive targeted traffic to my website. once there is regular traffic coming to my website I would then like that person to come up with a strategy to bring in new customers. (Local businesses) . My website is on a premium Wordpress theme so experience with Wordpress is a required skill also. I would like someone who doesn't need to be trained and can take control of running my business. I am only going to start with a budget of $50 a week, so when applying for this job, please include the amount of hours you are prepared to work a week for $50. I am However going to offer a fantastic opportunity to the successful candidate. My offer is that when you reach over 50 customers you will receive $50 per month every month as your bonus. When you reach 100 customers it will go up to $100 every month as a bonus. So for example if you reach 500 customers, you will earn $500 per month plus your $50 per week. So you could be earning $700 per month when you reach 500 customers. I also have another 7 directories that I will also be wanting to grow so the possibilities can be endless for the person who chooses to want to grow with my businesses.
