Looking for an Experienced Virtual Marketing Assistant

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Marketing Assistant. The Virtual Marketing Assistant will be responsible for managing emails, scheduling appointments, curating social media content and designs, conducting research, data entry, writing proposals, and client communication. The Virtual Marketing Assistant will also be responsible for other admin tasks, as needed.

Qualifications

Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to manage emails, schedules, and travel arrangements
Attention to detail and strong communication skills
Social media content creation and graphic design via Canva, a must.
With e-commerce experience, a plus.
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience with content writing, real estate transactions, and writing proposals is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Techno-savvy and fast learner

Must haves:
Excellent English oral and written communication skills
With own laptop or computer and a fast internet connection
Willing to work weekdays from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Eastern time

Salary:
$3 to $6 per hour DOE
