JOB OVERVIEW
Monday - Friday. 8 AM - 5 PM Eastern Standard Time / United States
*Scheduling patients in an EMR system
*Answering phone calls
*Compiling reports based off occurrences, such as how many patients went to the emergency room.
*Relaying information and requests to the Provider.
*Completing pre-authorization paperwork as appropriate.
*Must have RN license
(and other similar duties)
