JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking an Expert CRM Implementation Consultant with a minimum of two years of experience across at least two platforms. The role involves analyzing and optimizing our CRM system, and advising on features that do and don’t work well compared to competing CRM platforms. The consultant must be able to think independently and communicate practical solutions to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
