Invown is a dynamic startup poised to make significant impacts within crowdfunding in the USA. As we scale, we are looking for a motivated Assistant to the CEO with a strong emphasis on sales and marketing to join our team.
Position Summary:
The Assistant to the CEO is a vital role designed to support the CEO in various sales and marketing efforts, including lead generation, CRM management, appointment scheduling, and the creation of client communications and pitch materials. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of our growth strategy, working closely with the CEO to accelerate our market presence and enhance our client engagement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the CEO in managing and executing sales and marketing strategies.
Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of client interactions and sales pipeline.
Lead generation through research and outreach activities.
Schedule and coordinate appointments with potential and existing clients.
Draft and edit
Assist in creating and refining pitch decks and marketing materials.
Support the CEO with daily administrative tasks and project management.
Collaborate with other tea
Qualifications:
Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Enthusiastic and proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
