Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurate and timely data entry into our systems and databases.

Personal Assistant: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and organizing documents.
Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads and prospects to support our sales efforts.
General Administrative Tasks: Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team and company operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment.
Availability to work from 10am EST to 6pm EST, Monday - Friday.8
