Long Term Developer Employment: Full Stack (Laravel PHP + SQL + HTML + CSS)

We have an backend admin platform (PHP/Laravel code) that manages multiple websites (frontend html & css + backend and all orders on all sites) and we are looking for some full time, full stack engineers to join our team. The project is about 1 year of full time development since its creation. We have a long term trajectory, so we are hiring,! We are a globally distributed team.

For employment, the focus will be on backend work early on, but there is significant frontend work where needed. You will be joining the current team, which consists of both a backend + frontend engineer. The work has been managed by a non-technical product manager, and significant trust will be given to the person coming in to manage the project on an ongoing basis moving forward.

We am looking for someone to come in and:
1. Not redesign anything, but rather step into a backlog of backend features. The platform for managing orders is only about 50% finished in its build. Bugs are minimal.
2. Help with managing scaled order infrastructure. Several bi-directional API's to manage and build.
3. Help with refactoring some of our modular css frontend system.
4. Go in and out of AWS without issue

We use the following technologies, do not apply if you are not proficient:
- AWS full stack ecosystem
- Laravel / PHP
- Database proficiency in SQL
- No JS frameworks are currently used, although we translate some things from legacy ReactJS code and
