Role:
Join MSS as a Customer Service Assistant, where your attention to detail will enhance our e-commerce customer interactions. You'll play a pivotal role in managing our customer communications across various digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently handle customer inquiries via
Actively engage with our community, responding to comments and messages on
Oversee the process for product replacements and handle Amazon reimbursement procedures.
Utilize tools such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Zendesk, and Meta Business Suite to manage customer interactions effectively.
Requirements:
Proven experience in e-commerce customer service.
Proficiency in Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Zendesk, Meta Business Suite.
Ability to work 7 days a week, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
