Ecommerce Amazon Administration Assistant

**1 year experience in OA / WS sourcing for Amazon REQUIRED**

We are a 7-figure UK-EU Amazon business hiring!



We are looking for someone who is already experienced in sourcing products whether that be for online arbitrage or wholesale arbitrage.
We are going to cross-train you into an admin sort of role, which would include :
Monitor Amazon seller central account for service issues
Amazon inventory reconciliation, management and deletion, product problem log
Create new Amazon listings
SellerToolKit Cost Of Goods Entry
Create Ebay listings, Ebay reviews and monitor order fulfilment
Create Shopify listings
Customer messages
Google Sheets updates
Supplier invoice chasing
Xero/Hubdoc Bookkeeping, supplier invoice reconciliation
Goods inwards management with prep centre and communicating with suppliers to manage
delivery discrepancies
Attend and contribute to tea ---------- etings
Sale price management
Plus, all other additional duties as required by the company
This part of your day would not fill up the entire of the 8 hour day, so you are expected to source products for OA / WS using given suppliers which we already have relationships with once your daily tasks are complete.
