Requirements:
- at least 2 years in real estate outbound cold-calling homeowners if they are open to cash offer for their property, asking the 4-pillars (property condition, motivation, price & timeframe)
- fluent in English, hard working and honest
- daily task: make ---------- calls and generate 2-4 leads

Rate/schedule:
- schedule is 10am-4pm EST (Tue-Sat); 30 hours per week. Will make it full time in 1-2 months
- $5 per hour + $150 per closed deal
