Cold Caller for Construction Business (ASAP)

Hi, we are looking to hire a Cold Caller to join our team.

Employment Type: Part-Time (potential to grow into Full-Time and other VA roles for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to targeted businesses in Australia to present our services.
- Introduce and explain our services to prospects.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our services to potential clients.
- Identify and qualify leads, understanding the specific needs and requirements of each prospect.
- Schedule appointments with interested and qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications in a spreadsheet.

Requirements:
- At least 3 months of proven experience in cold calling.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and articulate phone presence, and WITHOUT an obvious accent.
- Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential clients.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
- Has own WFH equipment, noise-canceling headphones, and stable Internet connection.

Schedule: 1-3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7AM-4PM PH Time)

Hourly Rate: $3 (STARTING RATE ONLY, can grow depending on skills)
