Real Estate Acquisition Manager

Looking for an assistant to make calls to warm/hot leads in attempt to convert to a contract. This will primarily be in the industrial real estate market to include self storage, warehouse, etc. in addition to single family residence.

Would like candidate to have knowledge of working in Podio and have experience in generating leads, lead management, sms calls, and ringless voicemail. Need to speak fluent English preferably without an accent.

Will need to be flexible in completing other small task as related to this position.
