Online Chat Support / Sales Agent

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to Customer Inquiries: Engage with customers promptly and professionally through online chat, providing accurate information and assistance.

Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively address customer inquiries.

Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues, providing solutions or escalating to the appropriate team when necessary.
Maintain Customer Records: Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.

Multi-tasking: Efficiently manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Sales Promotion: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities during customer interactions, Recommend products or services that meet the customer's needs and preferences, Upsell and cross-sell additional items to maximize sales potential,

Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with customer support guidelines.

Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to the team lead or supervisor regarding common customer issues, recurring problems, and potential process improvements.

Product Feedback: Relay customer feedback regarding products or services to the appropriate departments for further evaluation.

Training and Development: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Job Details:

Position: Full-Time
Weekly Hours: 40 hours
Work Schedule:
(5 days a week)

• Shift 1: 9:15 AM to 5:15 PM (8 hours)
• Shift 2: 5:15 PM to 1:15 AM (8 hours)
• Shift 3: 1:15 AM to 9:15 AM (8 hours)

Note: Daily hours may vary based on requirements, but the total weekly commitment is 40 hours. Workdays: Rotating schedule, including weekends as needed

Salary Range: USD ---------- per month, dependent on skills, experience, and qualifications.
