Job Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Etsy Product Description Writer and SEO Specialist. The primary responsibilities include crafting compelling product descriptions, creating effective SEO tags to enhance conversion rates, and assisting with light Instagram and social media management.

Tasks:
Craft engaging product descriptions tailored for Etsy listings to highlight unique features and attract potential buyers.
Develop SEO tags and keywords specific to Etsy to optimize search visibility and increase conversions.
Assist in managing Instagram and other relevant social media channels to enhance brand presence.

Qualifications:
Excellent English writing and verbal skills to create captivating product descriptions.
An understanding of Etsy's SEO best practices and algorithms.
Familiarity with Instagram and other social media platforms for brand promotion.

Bonus:
Previous experience in a similar role specifically focused on Etsy, with a portfolio showcasing successful Etsy listings.

Pay:
$1/hour plus commissions: 5% of Etsy store sales and a bonus for achieving annual sales targets.
Roughly 10 hours a week

Interview Process:
Submit a portfolio highlighting relevant previous work related to Etsy product descriptions, Etsy SEO, and social media management.
Engage in a 1-hour project interview to demonstrate your expertise in this niche area.
