Create engaging ad creatives, including videos, images, and copy, tailored for the TikTok audience.
Utilize TikTok's ad platform and tools to target specific demographics, interests, and behaviors.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated on TikTok trends, features, and best practices to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align TikTok advertising efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Test and iterate on different ad formats, targeting options, and creative strategies to drive results.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing TikTok advertising campaigns, with a track record of delivering results.
In-depth knowledge of TikTok's ad platform, targeting options, and creative best practices.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and metrics, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad creatives that resonate with the TikTok audience.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:
Relevant certifications or training programs in social media advertising (e.g., TikTok Ads Certification) are a plus.
