As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is instrumental in supporting our daily operations and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trending products and reliable suppliers. Stay updated with the latest market trends to ensure our product offerings are competitive.
- Store Design: Assist in designing and updating the online store’s layout and product pages to enhance user experience and drive sales.
- Importing Reviews: Efficiently import product reviews to our platform, ensuring authenticity and relevance.
- Order Fulfillment: Process orders promptly, liaising with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy. Provide timely responses and solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks including, but not limited to, managing emails, scheduling, and maintaining records.

Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a dropshipping or e-commerce environment is essential.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (like Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.), MS Office, and CRM tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear and concise information.
- Internet Savvy: Fast and reliable internet connection, with adeptness in online research and digital tools.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
