Software Testing Manager

• Part Time: 5 to 10 hours a week
• Home-based

• Tasks and Responsibilities:
o Formulation and implementation of Software Testing strategies
o Resource management (allocation, monitoring, motivating etc)
o Understand the discipline of testing
o Preparation/review of test plans
o Manage and implement a testing process
o Make sure all testing activities are happening smoothly according to plan
o Preparation/review of test reports
o Training and Mentoring

• Desired Experience:
o Experience in organizing and coordinating software testing activities

• Skills
o Advanced knowledge of Software Testing theories and practices
o Advanced knowledge of computers
o Proficiency in written and spoken English
o Programming knowledge [Black Box / White Box testing methodology]
