Social Media Manager, Video Editor, Content Creator for Dental Practice

Mint Hill Smiles is a dental practice based in Mint Hill, North Carolina. We have 5 doctors and multiple hygienists. We have grown very quickly from a start up in the last 4 years and have always managed our social media and marketing internally. Our branding has strayed from my original vision so I would like to become more consistent in our online presence and provide more educational and informational content in addition to fun posts and patient giveaways.

I am looking for someone who can dedicate 10 to 20 hours a week to managing our social media accounts- facebook, instagram, google, and create content for a new sleep medicine practice. We will also have random canva design projects for printed materials and internal marketing/events. I want someone who will learn about dentistry and the best ways to market it online in the United States and help us increase our referrals and new patients because of our online presence. In the future, there will also be some video editing. We can provide before and after pictures, client photos and testimonial videos, and tea ---------- mber pictures from events.

The ideal candidate would create a proposed content outline with biweekly/monthly themes or focus areas to highlight in posts, whether that is different treatments we offer, tea ---------- mber highlights, community events, information about our doctors, or testimonials.
