Detail oriented php/javascript/mysql programmer

Hello,
I am looking for a full-time php/mysql/javascript/jquery coder who can help my brother and I expand our company. We currently have contracts where we provide very high quality software development for proprietary business applications. We are looking for a coder who will work for us to help us be able to keep up with the work load.
The specific job requirements are
1) php/mysql/javascript & jquery skill set
2) ability to adapt and work within a custom loose framework that already exists
3) be self-motivated
4) attention to detail - you must test your work as you go along and eliminate bugs
5) ability to communicate fluently in English. Some of the projects we work on are complex, so we need to be able to communicate easily. The job will not involve communication outside of our team.
6) We need you to be available around 4 hours a day during 9am-5pm EST timezone. There is some flexibility on this, but we need to check in daily, and sometimes we have rush tasks where we will need to talk with you.
7) This job will require a signed non-disclosure agreement since our clients have confidential information.
8) A basic knowledge of system config is a plus. How to setup a virtual host, how to use linux shell to login to mysql, etc. This is flexible and can be learned as we go along.

Right now, my brother & I will be working with the client(s) to do the software engineering, design details, and mock-ups. We will also do the code and project management. This job involves taking the requirements and details we provide to you and turning those into code in the project. A lot of the coding will involve modifications to existing software features, so attention to detail is very important. While you will need to be self-managed for coding, we will expect to communicate frequently in order to explain the client requirements and ensure that we are maintaining high quality code. We are looking for someone who can work with us hopefully on a long-term basis.
