JOB OVERVIEW

Designs, executes and evaluates long term and short term integrated marketing and sales campaigns.
Helps in identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
Utilizes, monitors and updates social networking opportunities to facilitate sales and increase brand awareness.
Prepares, plans and manages the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion.
Helps in creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
Contributes to the annual sales and marketing plan
Helps in the development of the company website that serves customer, staff and partner needs.
Supports Retail and Sales team in day to day marketing activities, e.g., activity preparation, supplier handling, etc.
Monitors and delivers campaigns as agreed within timescales.
Facilitates and coordinates all types of marketing activities, events, etc.
Coordinates with Retail Manager in allocation of products for travels, budgeting and organizing PR efforts, etc.
Assists in application of DTI permits for promotions.
Evaluates, monitors and maintains records of the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
Assembles consumer rating reports by compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations.
Updates competitor database by inputting data from field sales; compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations; distributing reports.
Publishes pricing schedules by verifying competitor’s prices, discounts and promos.
Supports sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and product capability booklets; compiling account and competitor analyses.
Prepares mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics; arranging printing and internet packages.
Maintains marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory.
Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
