UniFirst Canada needs the services international employees from Latin America, Middle East Asia, South East and oceanic Asia, Sub Sahara Africa to work as Route Sales Representatives or Delivery Agents in Canada.

Typical earning potential, based on performance: $ 120,000 after taxes per annum.

As a Route Sales Representative or Delivery agent with UniFirst, you will service your own route and customer base. You will have the freedom to run your route like it’s your own business and use your discretion when making decisions on-site with the guidance of your District Service Manager. You will visit 25 to 35 customers per day - businesses that range from small mom-and-pop shops and restaurants to major corporate locations and warehouses. This is a guaranteed weekly minimum position. We also offer NUMEROUS bonuses, incentives, and awards to our Route Sales Representatives depending on their average deliveries per month. Having a good driving record will go a long way to intensify your qualification as a Route sales Representative. Prior delivery experience is of greater advantage too, but we will train the right individual who has the desire to LEARN. We offer the most in depth training platform in the industry designed to provide a real opportunity for career growth and advancement. Work days for the position are Monday through Saturday.

Additional responsibilities of the Route Sales Representative include:
• Meeting with decision makers at each location to establish and maintain strong working relationships
• Dropping off clean uniforms and facility service products and picking up soiled uniforms and facility service products to be cleaned
• Answering customer questions or concerns
• Solving any customer issues
• Assessing each customer locations’ needs for opportunities to up sell
• Collecting payment
• Balancing cash and invoices at the end of each day
• Meeting with your District Service Manager at the end of each day to debrief and go over assignments and priorities
• Assisting with other projects or tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:
As a Route Sales Representative with UniFirst, you must be totally committed to superior customer service. We strive to keep our customers for life, and our Route Sales Representatives are the driving force behind that goal. Our ideal Route Sales Representative is a great relationship manager who has a passion for HARD WORK, and is someone who makes customers look forward to their weekly UniFirst deliveries. Additional requirements for the Route Sales Representative include:
• Must be willing to leave and work in Canada full time.
• Be from one of the above mention races and should be between the ages of 19 and 35 years in age.
• Enthusiastic and energetic individual with a desire to work hard to see objectives met that will bring progress to the company.
• Should be a holder of a valid passport from his/her country of nationality
• High school diploma required; some college or college degree a plus
• Minimum 1 year customer service, sales and/or entrepreneurial experience required; previous route sales and/or delivery experience preferred
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and handheld devices like TABLETS or SMARTPHONES
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR check and pre-employment physical and clear from criminal charges
• Ability to carry up to 40 pounds
• Should have proved of English or French language proficiency, if applicant is not from a country where English or French language is use as a business communication language and if applicant has not had a formal education in English or French Language for at least 5 years. Therefore applicant should understand and speaks English or French language at least the basics.
• Must show an attitude of wiliness to work both independently and as a team member.
• Must have the following skills (good communication skill, high problem solving ability, Positive attitudes and behaviors towards co-workers and customers, ability to adapt very quickly and work with others).
