Assistant

We make personalised products. We need a reliable person with an eye for detail to do the following on a daily basis-

-check email orders,
-Use adobe illustrator with our pre made templates to create a personalised proof image for the customer.
-Email proof image to customer for approval.
-work with customer via email to finalise the design to suit their requirements.
-Upload the completed design ready for us to manufacture.
-Knowledge of ClickUp and Missive email client advantageous.
-Must have own computer (Mac preferred)
-Must have Adobe Illustrator

Basic illustrator skills are required with good English writing for communicating with customers via email.
We can teach you how to use illustrator if required. Ability to manage daily emails is an advantage.
