Javascript and PHP Expert

Hello fellow Filipinos!
We are looking for 2 web developers (coder) who are expert at Javascript, PHP, Html, CSS, and WordPress template customization with a good portfolio of previous work.

We also prefer fast, committed, honest, and reliable workers.

THIS IS NOT FOR THOSE WITH FULL TIME WORK ALREADY.
Ideal for freelancers. Those with part-time work, can be considered.

We need coders whom we can work with on an on-call basis (per project) for now.

If you also know graphic designing, let me know. This is not required but a PLUS.
