We’re a growing GoHighLevel marketing agency looking for a reliable, detail-oriented GHL specialist to join our team. This is a long-term, full-time role with consistent work, clear expectations, and opportunities to grow.

This role is production-focused with client communication responsibilities. You’ll work closely with experienced GHL builders and receive training on our internal methods and systems.



Compensation

$900–$1,500 USD per month to start (based on experience, build speed, and build quality)

Productivity-based growth opportunities for strong performers

Paid trial task and paid trial period



Work Details

Fully remote

UK or US-timezone working hours

Stable, long-term position (not short-term or project-based)

Key Responsibilities

Build, troubleshoot, and maintain GoHighLevel systems (workflows, pipelines, calendars, automations)

Resolve technical GHL issues and system conflicts

Communicate clearly with clients and internal team via Slack and email

Document tasks, updates, and decisions in ClickUp

Support and optimize marketing, follow-up, and reactivation campaigns



What We’re Looking For

1–2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience

Experience working in an agency environment preferred

Strong written English and clear communication skills

High attention to detail and organized, documentation-first work style

Comfortable owning tasks and solving complex GHL issues independently

Familiarity with tools like Slack, Loom, ClickUp, Zapier, or Make
