JOB OVERVIEW

Description: Join our dynamic team as a Public Affairs Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in promoting our esteemed European law firm specializing in international law. As a part-time member of our team, you will be responsible for initiating and managing communications with media outlets to secure interviews and media coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

Media Outreach: Proactively reach out to journalists, editors, and media outlets to pitch interviews and secure coverage opportunities.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media contacts to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation.
Content Creation: Assist in the development of press releases, media kits, and other promotional materials to support media outreach efforts.
Campaign Management: Coordinate and execute strategic media campaigns to raise awareness of the firm's expertise and accomplishments.
Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor media coverage and track the success of outreach efforts, providing regular reports and insights to management.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to make cold calls.
Confident.
Proactive.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Knowledge of media landscape and experience in media relations preferred.
A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
Familiarity with International law or legal industry is a plus.
Schedule: Part-Time 4 hours per day from 8AM EST to 12PM EST.

Location: Remote.
