Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our growing team!
The ideal candidate should be data-driven with a strong analytical mindset, understanding of conversion rate optimization principles, and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
As a Junior CRO Specialist, you will need to have the analytical skills and creativity to collaborate with our marketing and web development teams to identify friction points and implement solutions that drive significant revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
Help improve site conversion by identifying, planning and wireframing CRO strategies
Execute A/B tests for websites, emails, and landing pages
Suggest test ideas and hypotheses, utilizing quantitative reports, heatmaps, and qualitative surveys, user insight data to improve UX
Analyze data to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement and gain insights into user behavior, identifying potential roadblocks to conversion
Provide input on design and UX for better conversions
Collaborate with the team on testing ideas and hypotheses
Optimize landing pages, website UI/UX, and analyze funnels
Track and report on CRO performance metrics
Use Google Analytics to understand user behavior and identify conversion roadblocks
Develop and implement data-backed content strategies.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in CRO, bringing fresh ideas to the table

Qualifications:
As a Junior CRO Specialist, you will ideally be proficient in the following skills, platforms, and software:
At least 2 years of experience in CRO and designing and converting landing pages
Strong analytical and data analysis skills
Familiarity with CRO tools like Google Analytics, Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, Hotjar, etc.
Knowledge in UX principles and their impact on conversion rates
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a creative problem solver
Creating wireframes and prototypes would be a plus
