We are a Canada-based digital marketing company looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and marketing support to our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and pride in delivering what is expected beyond expectations. This position requires someone who is able to work independently and remotely and is interested in learning new skills and growing with our company
Main Tasks / Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our CEO, helping with day-to-day tasks
- Creating visually appealing and engaging materials using Canva
- Manage and schedule social media content across platforms.
- Website updates and maintenance
- General administrative tasks
Must-have Skills / Qualities:
- 1~2 years experience in a similar position
- A knack for computer technology
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Willing to work during US/Canada Pacific business hours
- Have a strong and stable internet connection at home
- Have a computer
- Able to communicate during the working hours using Slack and Zoom
Skill preferences (NOT required, but will be a PLUS):
- Experience in digital marketing/Social media management and content creation
- Experience using Canva
- Experience using marketing automation tools such as Keap, ActiveCampaign, OntraPort, etc.
Budget, Hours, and Schedule:
> 40 hours/week Monday – Friday
> Working hours are from 9 PM - 5 PM PST (Candidates must be comfortable and committed to working the night shift for the long term.)
> HubStuff will be used for time tracking.
