Compliance and Trust Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Compliance and Trust Manager to lead our newly established Quality and Trust Squad. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand image by obtaining relevant certifications, managing legal aspects, and assembling a dedicated team. This position will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Growth, and Product Squads to ensure a cohesive and trustworthy brand identity.

Responsibilities:

Certification Acquisition:
Lead efforts to obtain certifications such as ISO 27001, SOC2, and others, ensuring GDPR compliance.
Strategically showcase acquired certifications on the company website to bolster brand credibility.

Legal Affairs Management:
Oversee trademark registrations and maintain accurate business records, collaborating with entities like D&B.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and contribute to the protection of intellectual property.

Team Building and Leadership:
Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing Quality and Trust Squad to achieve strategic goals.
Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and continuous improvement.

Collaborative Squad Leadership:
Work closely with the Marketing, Growth, and Product Squads to align strategies and maintain a unified brand voice.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality and trust considerations into various aspects of the business.

Qualifications:
-Proven track record of successfully obtaining certifications like ISO 27001, SOC2, and others, and managing GDPR compliance.
-Experience in legal affairs, including trademark registrations and business records management (D&B experience is a plus).
-Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to build and inspire teams.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

Work Arrangement:
-Full-time position, with flexibility for exceptional part-time candidates.
