Salesforce.com Programmer

I have a Salesforce.com account that is structured in a simple, yet specific way that I want to clone for another company I own. I need the data all backed up in the old account, and have the new account programmed to match the old account. Then upload the old data into the new account - basically clone the current account. Salesforce does not provide this as a service.

Please reply to my email stating in the subject line: "I am a Salesforce.com programmer!"
