I am looking for an experienced relationship building nurturing closing machine.
Someone who can break records and set the pace for others while being humble and able to build relationships.
Someone who has a track record and can back it up.
Someone who knows they are good and can prove it without being arrogant.
Someone who knows how to build rapport, qualify the buyer, build value, create desire, handle objections, close the sale and follow up all over the phone!
Someone who knows the ABC's of closing... Always Be Closing!
We are looking to add 2 people to our team of inside sales reps called Acquisition Managers. As an Acquisitions Manager you will be answering the phone from and returning calls to property owners wanting to sell their house as is fast for cash. You have seen the ads and signs before. Well that’s what we do but we do it all over the phone. Yea sounds kind of odd doesn’t it?
Starting out you will gather information from the seller over the phone and determine if it is a qualified seller lead. If so you will pass it to me and I will close it for you until you learn the business which will not take long. You will learn by listening to me close the sale with the seller for you. You will still get paid your full commission. More on pay structure in a minute.
You will need to have a good work ethic and stay on the phone making calls. You must hit 150 dials or 3 hours of talk time daily. We dial out through our computer so all you have to do is click a mouse to dial.
