Project Coordinator Position Open with Young, Energetic Startup Team

We are looking for a young, sharp, capable individual to join our small yet energetic committed team. Judolaunch is a launch platform that serves Ecommerce businesses that want to launch their products in a new market. The position is for Project Coordinator. The position entails three main components:
PROPOSALS: Taking information from potential clients, doing online research about their market, and putting together a proposal for them using our proposal template (powerpoint, chrome, multiple online tools)
LAUNCH DOCUMENTS: For new clients, accepting data about their job and arranging it into a launch document to be sent to our fulfillment team. (google sheets, asana, slack, google drive, gmail)
WRAP REPORTS: For existing clients, putting together a final wrap report detailing the results of their campaign after it's completion. (powerpoint, asana).

You will be responsible for a number of other tasks as well including market analysis, lead filtering, and system optimization.

This position will require about 40 hours per week. The position has a high degree of flexibility in terms of when your work gets completed. You will be forwarded the necessary information to complete proposals, launch documents, and wrap reports, and you will be required to deliver them within 24 hours of reception. How and when you complete this work is up to you, as long as you are delivering the documents to the required spec's in the required time.

Our office is in Makati. You can come and go from the office as you please, but you must clock in each day from 9AM to 1PM Mon - Fri. Our office has a great community atmosphere, and holds plenty of events.

Applicant must have:
- A laptop that is less than 4 years old
- A reliable internet connection
- A smartphone and data plan
- Complete fluency in English, including western grammar and western idioms
- Google Chrome
- The ability to navigate online tools with ease

The pay for the job is 30,000PHP/month, with opportunity for promotion, performance incentives, and raises over time as you grow with our company.
