LinkedIn marketer

I am looking for a person who is experienced in marketing using LinkedIn, to attract and follow up new leads on a B-to-B basis.
We are a commercial real estate lending business
Must be fluent in speaking and writing English.
Knowledgable with CRMs
Training will be given on our products and systems
Initially it will be for 4 hours a day, for 5 days a week
