JOB OVERVIEW

The CSM will onboard new clients, and manage ongoing client relationships through regular communication. A friendly, easygoing personality is prioritized over technical skills.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in client success or account management roles.
• Demonstrated work experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Utilize expertise in Google Sheets, CRM software, GoHighLevel, Facebook Ads, Slack, and emphasizing excellent client communication and fostering a positive team culture.
• Excellent listening and presentation abilities.

• Exceptional time management skills, demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Availability to work during Mountain Standard Time hours (8 am - 5 pm MST daily).
• Ability to handle challenging client situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

• Previous experience in real estate or mortgage lending is a plus.


COMPENSATION

Monthly salary of $1,000 to $2,000 with a commission structure based on upsells and contract renewals.
